The policy applies only to our website and associated domains, not to external services or websites linked from Adora Fragrances.

Payment information is handled by our payment providers: Klarna, Swish and card payments via a certified third party.
We do not have access to your full payment details.

Retention: At least 7 years, under the Swedish Accounting Act.

2.2.3 Customer service and contact

When you contact us by email or form we collect:

Retention: Until the correspondence is concluded.
